This holidays, Mr 4 started 5 days of swimming lessons.
Within the first 30 minute lesson, he had responded so well to the teacher, that he was very happy to put his head under - something we, as parents, could not get him to do previously.
By the end of five days, he had grown in confidence, knew his capabilities and was taking calculated risks.
